Weddings and Marriage License Information

Elected officials who are currently available to perform wedding ceremonies include:

• Justice of the Peace, Precinct 1
• Justice of the Peace, Precinct 3
• Justice of the Peace, Precinct 4

Please contact their offices directly for information and to make arrangements.

Visit the County Clerk's Office to apply for a marriage license*. 

* Couples must have a valid Texas marriage license at the time of their appointment and understand that no ceremony will be conducted without the presentation of a valid Texas marriage license on the day of their appointment. Licenses are valid after 72 hours of receipt and expire after 90 days. Exceptions may apply. 

“When You Get Married” is provided by the Office of Attorney General under the Texas Family Code Section 2.014, in hopes of creating a relationship that is satisfying and acceptable for you and your partner.
