  • Wedding ceremonies can be performed by Judge Haden for a fee of $100.00 (cash only) in the 2nd floor courtroom, or outside on the south side of the building, Monday through Friday, between 10:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M., by appointment only (subject to availability).

    Visit the County Clerk's Office to apply for a marriage license. 

    * Licenses are valid after 72 hours of receipt and prior to the 90-day expiration of the license.

    The 72-hour wait is waived if one party is active military, or you have taken the appropriate steps to have the 72-hour waiting period waived, which must be annotated on the license at the time of issuance.

    Couples must have a valid Texas marriage license at the time of their appointment and understand that no ceremony will be conducted without the presentation of a valid Texas marriage license on the day of their appointment.
