The Caldwell County Child Welfare Board is comprised of a group of volunteers who are concerned about the welfare of all children who suffer from abuse and neglect. These dedicated volunteers are appointed by the Caldwell County Commissioners Court to coordinate state and local child welfare services, and to also promote the safety, permanency, and well-being of children and families in their communities.
