Caldwell County was recently visited by Kinder Morgan VP of Public Affairs Allen Fore, who brought with him a $600,000 donation that will be used by the county to procure new equipment for the County's unit road department, which will help facilitate the county's ongoing efforts to pave and maintain the roadways. Accepting the check on behalf of the county were Pct. 1 Caldwell Commissioner B.J. Westmoreland and County Judge Hoppy Haden.
