Caldwell County is in the process of updating its capital improvement plan. The plan will provide a roadmap for making important capital improvements — such as extensive updates to highways and major thoroughfares — to support the county’s needs as it continues to grow and evolve.
A pair of upcoming opportunities will give the public a chance to come learn more about the plan, offer feedback on roads and help shape transportation in Caldwell County.
Two open houses are scheduled in Lockhart and Luling.
