The US National Weather Service has issued a fire danger statement for Wednesday, Feb. 25 that is in effect from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Fire danger for our area is elevated. Avoid all outdoor burning, keep vehicles off dry grass and properly discard cigarettes. If you're towing today, please make sure your tow chains are secure and not dragging the pavement behind your vehicle. One spark can cause a wildfire!
