Caldwell County is hosting a free tire collection event to give residents an opportunity to conveniently and properly discard old, unwanted tires.

Tires will be collected on Saturday, October 18 at 2510 E. Pierce Street in Luling. We will begin accepting tires at 8 a.m. and will continue through noon or until collection bins are full.

We will accept up to 25 passenger vehicle tires per resident. No commercial truck, tractor or industrial tires will be accepted. We will not take tires that are still mounted to rims. 

The event is for residents only. No commercial or business drop-offs.

The event is sponsored by Caldwell County Code Enforcement, Pct. 2 Caldwell County Constable Paul Easterling and the City of Luling's Public Works Department.
