NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE CALDWELL COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL BE
HELD ON THE 8TH DAY OF JUNE, 2009 AT 9:00 A.M. IN THE COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM LOCATED IN ROOM 100
ON THE FIRST FLOOR, CALDWELL COUNTY COURTHOUSE, LOCATED AT 110 SOUTH MAIN STREET, LOCKHART, TEXAS,

AGENDA
Call Meeting to Order
1. Approve Minutes of Previous
Meeting.
2. Citizens’ Comments: at this time any person
with business before the Commissioners Court, not scheduled on the agenda, may speak to the
Commissioners Court. Comments will be limited to three (3) to five (5) minutes per person.
3. Approve the Caldwell County
Reports:
A. Veterans
Service Report for the month of May 2009
B. Texas AgriLIFE
Extension Service report for the month of May –J. Watts/C. Wilhelm
C.
Indigent Health Care Program Report for the Month of May 2009- Judge Wright
D. Indigent Burial
Assistance Report for the Month May 2009-Commissioner Bonn
4. Discussion/Action to consider Outdoor
Burning Ban for Caldwell County-Judge Wright.

Discussion/Action to consider adopting an order regulating fireworks for the Fourth of July
season either in unincorporated areas or in specified areas of Caldwell County-Judge
Wright.
6. Pay Bills

Executive Section: Section 551.071. Private consultation with its attorney to seek advice
about pending or contemplated litigation; and/or settlement offer; (2) and/or a matter in which the
duty of the attorney to the government body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional
Conduct of the State of Texas clearly conflicts with this chapter.
8. Discussion/Action resulting from the
Executive Meeting regarding litigation matters.
